How we work
We are not the factory. That is the point.
Paston is an export company in Qingdao working with a small group of partner factories in Shouguang and Weifang. We control the drawings, the board specification, the inspection and the documentation. The factories control the machines.
Why the model matters to you
A factory sells you its capacity. We sell you the right factory.
A single factory will quote every enquiry it receives, because an idle line costs money. That is how buyers end up with a wardrobe built on a bed frame line, or a small order pushed behind a large one.
Working across several partner plants, we place each order where the tooling and the run size actually fit. It also means a fire, a power restriction or a labour shortage at one plant does not become your delivery problem.
The trade-off is honest: we are not the cheapest quotation you will receive, because there is a team between you and the saw. What that team removes is the cost of the container you cannot sell.

Design
Working drawings, cut lists and BOMs are produced in-house in Rhino. Exploded assembly instructions come from the same model the factory cuts from, so the diagram and the part cannot drift apart.
Quality control
Our own inspectors sit in the factories during production runs, not only at the pre-shipment stage. Records are digital and shared the same day.
Compliance
Board sourcing, test scheduling and documentation are handled by us rather than delegated to the factory, because the factory is not the party your regulator will ask.
Commercial
One contact for quotation, order, production status and after-sales. You will not be handed between departments mid-order.
